Delice de Bourgogne is a triple cream Brie produced with pasteurised
cow’s milk by Fromagerie Lincet in the Bourgogne region of France.

A new style of cheese from the Basque region. Moist but firm blue cheese

RASPBERRY BELLAVITANO
Bellavitano is a unique cheddar-parmesan made from cow’s milk in
Wisconsin, USA. The cheese is hand rubbed in fresh raspberries
resulting in a semi-sweet and slightly nutty cheese.
