Queso de Valdeón is a hard blue made in the northeast of the province 
of León, Spain. It is made with both cow and ewe milk and is aged in
maple leaves.

Bellavitano is a unique cheddar-parmesan made from cows milk in. 
Wisconsin, USA. The cheese is hand rubbed in fresh Italian coffee beans 
resulting in a semi sweet, slightly smokey and nutty cheese.
